Simple, delicious and nutritious recipes that your whole family will love. Included are 4 weeks of meals, all taking around 30 minutes or less to prepare. There are 5 recipes per week, with each recipe enough for 4 servings, although sometimes more. I've also included a detailed weekly grocery shopping list to help make your busy life just a little bit easier. Plus recipes include ways to adapt to a variety of cooking methods; BBQ, stove top or oven; so they are great all year long!

Every recipe includes: a beautiful photograph so you know exactly what your end product will look like, tips for making your recipe perfect and a picky eater section where I show you ways to adapt the current recipe and, most importantly, without having to make a completely separate meal.
